The Coalfield Forum is a registered charitable community group working in the voluntary sector of Sunderland and is made up of local people, workers and organisations. We are constituted and have an elected Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. Our aim is to promote the benefits of the coalfield communities of Copt Hill (formerly known as Eppleton), Houghton, Shiney Row, Hetton and surrounding areas of Sunderland.
Our membership includes statutory, voluntary, community groups and business sectors.

Next Forum Meeting The Management Committee would like to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. The Coalfield Forum will close on the 18th December. Good luck to Susan & Jane who will take up new employment in the new year with the Local Authority.
