Broker North East Support for Partner Organisations
If you are involved in working with clients with health problems who are claiming associated sickness related benefits, we at Broker North East understand, perhaps better than anyone, the priorities and pressures attached to the changing labour market. With limits on training through Work Based Learning for Adults and the loss of Action Teams it makes it increasingly difficult to meet customer aspirations.
That’s why, as your partner, we want to share with you all our experience; our extensive network of contacts; knowledge and financial resources to secure the best possible financial outcome for your customers to enable them to move successfully into sustainable employment. This year we have managed to secure additional funding which allows us both the opportunity to overcome barriers that customers face in a significant way.
Here are some of the practical and down to earth ways in which we can help:
· Tools and equipment
· Advice on and funding for relevant Training courses
· Supporting clients into Self Employment with training, stock purchase and grants
· Benefit run on until customer receives first pay
· After care service 24/7 on registration, provided by Care First, to keep everything running smoothly, before and after a job has been found.
· Protected benefits to ensure no customer is disadvantaged
· Permitted Work specialists.
· Prescription charges paid on returning to work if not eligible for entitlement through Working Tax Credit
